Act as an Assistant Director (Research) of the FPMU of the project “NPIWC- Phase-II”.
To carry out coordination activities in areas of watercourses lining/laser land leveler, Water Resources Management and farm mechanization sector with emphasis on irrigation water management, water conservation and farm mechanization

Prime Minister's Special Package to implement “Skills for All” Strategy as Catalyst for TVET Sector Development in Pakistan is one of the 6 main schemes included in the program, launched by the “Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan” From which young generation can get chances to excel in their respective fields. It covers the following 14 TVET (Technical Vocational & Educational Trainings) specific interventions for the uplift of the TEVT sector and will be implemented all across Pakistan including Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and newly added districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.




That is first Country’s largest-ever skilled development program ‘Hunarmand Pakistan’ worth Rs 30 billion was launched on January 9, 2020, by Prime Minister Imran Khan under which thousands of youth will be imparted skill advance training.





The Hunarmand Program will facilitate youth through easy loans, professional capacity-building, start-ups and internships in the next four years.
The Hunarmand Pakistan Program will be implemented all across Pakistan including Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and newly added districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

  • 05 years general age relaxation in upper age limit shall be granted. Moreover, following age relaxation in upper age limit shall also be granted as per Government Rules:
  • S. No. i) Category of Candidates a) Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas for all posts under the Federal Government. b) Candidates belonging to Sindh(R) and Balochistan for posts in BPS 15 and below under the Federal Government. Age Relaxation Admissible 3 Years 3 Years ii) Released or Retired Officers/ personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan. [15] years or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less.
  • iii) Government servants who have completed 02 years continuous Government service on the closing date for receipt of applications. 10 years, up to the age of 55 years.
  • iv) Disabled persons for appointment to posts in BPS 15 and below. 10 Years
  • v) Widow, son or daughter of a deceased civil servant who dies during service. 5 Years Note: Where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category, he/she shall be allowed relaxation in age only in one category.
  • Government employees shall apply through proper channel.
  • The candidates applying for technical posts shall have to pass the skill/ proficiency test before inclusion in the Balloting as per the guidelines of the Establishment Division regarding Balloting.
  • Original documents of the candidates applying for technical posts shall be checked at the time of skill/ proficiency test as well as before the issuance of Offer Letter.
  • At the time of final selection, candidates will be examined by the authorized Civil Surgeon of the Federal Government.
  • Character verification and background check of selected candidates will be conducted. In case of any unsatisfactory information or criminal record, selection shall stand withdrawn/canceled immediately.
  • The documents of the selected candidates shall be verified at a later stage. If any information is found false/ incorrect at any stage, the applicant (even if employed) on such false/ incorrect information, shall be liable to dismiss from service as well as legal proceedings will also be initiated against him.
  • Upon selection, the selected candidates shall be posted in the concerned Sector, however, due to exigency of duty, the candidates shall be liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan at the jurisdiction of NHMP.
  • Candidates are advised to keep their given mobile number operational during the recruitment process.
  • No TA/DA will be granted for skill test.
